All of the arenas are situated efficiently within a short distance of the barn. They have excellent visibility which is reassuring to horses. Special attention was paid to the footing and each arena is groomed and watered daily to ensure horses work on the healthiest surfaces for their muscles, tendons, and joints.

Beautifully landscaped grounds are thoughtfully designed for efficiency and comfort, supporting both horses and riders. Covered hot and cold wash racks with rubber matting provide a safe, convenient space for daily care. A picnic area and shaded gazebo overlook the outdoor arena, offering an inviting spot to relax and watch training sessions. Surrounding the property are groomed bridle paths, perfect for everything from quiet hacks to conditioning gallops across varied terrain, from flat stretches to rolling hills.
